By accessing or using Vision Mapping’s online services, coaching programs, materials, or digital platforms (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview of Services
Vision Mapping provides coaching, consulting, educational guidance, college and career preparation support, courses, workshops, and digital materials delivered through online platforms, video conferencing, and digital communication.
Services may include:
one-on-one coaching
group coaching or workshops
online courses and learning portals
digital resources, templates, and downloads
document review and feedback (essays, resumes, etc.)
communication via email, messaging, or virtual meeting platforms
Vision Mapping is not a legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic service.
2. Client Expectations
By participating, you agree to:
engage respectfully with the coach and other participants
complete assigned tasks, uploads, or submissions as needed
communicate honestly about goals, needs, and questions
attend scheduled sessions on time
maintain accurate account information
not misuse the platform or materials
Your progress is a shared responsibility. Vision Mapping provides tools and guidance; you are responsible for taking action.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions
All one-on-one sessions must be scheduled through the designated online scheduling tool.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or marked as a no-show.
Rescheduling
Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
No-Shows
A missed session without notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
4. Payments, Refunds, & Billing
Payments
Payment must be made in full before accessing coaching packages, courses, or digital products.
Accepted payment methods include secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Refunds
Vision Mapping maintains the following refund policy:
Coaching packages and digital products are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
Courses or programs with defined start dates may offer partial refunds only if requested before the program begins.
No refunds are offered for completed or partially completed services.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
Subscription services will renew automatically unless canceled in your account.
Cancelations must be made before the next billing cycle.
5. Document Review Policy
When submitting essays or documents for review:
You retain ownership of your work.
Vision Mapping provides feedback, not ghostwriting.
You are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of all submitted work.
Plagiarism or dishonesty will result in termination of services without refund.
6. Technology Requirements
To access online services, you are responsible for having:
a stable internet connection
a functioning device (laptop, tablet, phone)
access to email and online meeting platforms
updated software needed to view course materials
Vision Mapping is not responsible for technical issues on your side.
7. Confidentiality Limitations
Vision Mapping will maintain confidentiality with respect to your personal information; however:
No online platform can guarantee 100% security.
Information shared in group settings is visible to other participants.
We will comply with legal requirements if we must disclose information for safety, fraud prevention, or law enforcement.

8. Intellectual Property
All Vision Mapping content: course materials, worksheets, videos, templates, coaching resources, and digital products - is the exclusive property of Vision Mapping.
You may not:
copy
share
reproduce
distribute
resell
upload to public platforms
use for commercial or instructional purposes
Materials are for your personal use only.
9. Client Conduct + Program Integrity
Vision Mapping reserves the right to terminate services, without refund, if a client:
engages in abusive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior
shares confidential group materials outside the program
misuses program access or login credentials
engages in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
violates these Terms & Conditions
10. Not a Guarantee of Admission or Outcomes
Vision Mapping provides guidance, strategy, and support, but:
we do not guarantee admission to any school or program
we do not guarantee scholarships or financial awards
results depend on your effort, application quality, and external factors beyond our control
Your success is a partnership, not a guaranteed outcome.
11. Third-Party Tools
Vision Mapping may use external platforms (Zoom, Calendly, Thinkific, Google Drive, etc.).
We are not liable for downtime, outages, or privacy practices of third-party providers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Vision Mapping is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services within the last 30 days
You agree to use all services at your own discretion and risk
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or region in which Vision Mapping operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect once posted.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
